I'm Cold!

As I was finishing some stuff in the kitchen, I hear a little voice say,

"I'm cold, mommy."

"Oh dear."

"I need something warm."

"What would you like to help you get warm?"

"I need something with brown hair, freckles, white skin, brown eyes, black pants and a sweatshirt!"

"You mean ME??"

"Yes, you! Will you watch a movie with me?"

So we sat and cuddled under a blanket with some popcorn and watched The Wizard of Oz. (Again) Frankly, I was a little cold, too. I found something nice and warm to warm me up. Inside and out!

I'm glad you have a lovey dovey cuddle bug too! Oh and I just got home from the movie, it was okay, but I think you may have gotten the better deal with the Wiz.

Jennie!!
I'm all caught up on your blog! The last 20 posts. I'm pathetic, I know. I'm getting around to everyone's, but it's a slow process.

Many things to comment on:
Your kids are darling,
Your Once Upon A Time story with the proposal was so sweet!
Sarajune--I get the baby hungry thing. I'm already baby hungry AGAIN. I know it will happen. How can it not to a wonderful family like you??!
Your birthday cakes are to die for. I might make you make one for me for Levi's birthday next year. Or... I might just ask and not actually MAKE you.
We LOVE Kung Fu panda!!

So cute! That's the kind of stuff that brings tears to your eyes! Sweet!

What's fun is - last night I cuddled with a 13 year old. I am hoping this cuddling never stops....it's my favorite!

That is just the sweetest thing ever. I find myself enjoying rocking Porter more than I did my big boys. I think I felt like I was always too busy. Very sad now.. They're big enough to rock me now. We need to all slow down and do much much more cuddling like this. Good post.

I try to snuggle with Cody, Conner, and Steve under a blanket and watch various movies that contain music or girl stuff, but my guys will have nothing to do with "those" kind of movies.

I may have to borrow someone's daughter. Consider yourself lucky!
