The Lack

There has been a slight lack in my immune system lately. I'd like to blame it on a lack of something else....
I have cut back on the cold caffeinated beverages in my life. There must be something in this stuff that bolsters your immunity. Or not. I have to blame the illness factor on something.

And I just wanted to share my pain. My uncaffeinated pain. My Only 2 Cans A Day pain. That's a huge lack! 2 cans go so fast! Sniff sniff...

I'm crying with you. I miss that stuff! I now enjoy the occasional caffeine free diet pepsi. Definitely not the same!

I need to cut back too. I ran out yesterday. I have been so tempted to go get more today, but trying so hard to not give in. I am sure I will soon when I can't stand it anymore, LOL!

I've been able to reduce the soda intake significantly by filling my self with a ridiculous amount of water. Like 180 oz per day. For you I might suggest half that.

why on earth would you want to cut back? and if you've heard bad stuff about it then I don't want to know.

Two cans!!! Only two cans!!! I am afraid to tell you/anyone how much I drink. It's truly an addiction! But- it could be worse....that's why I always say>

I agree...lack of the Dr. has a direct correlation with the need to see a doctor.

You go girl! I'm down to one a day and it's not easy. Oh, wait, Diet Pepsi's on sale again! Maybe I'll actually save money by not buying any more???... - Katie

Um yeah.... I'm not lacking. However, I average about 1 per day. Then there are those days when I average 4. I'm impressed with your dedication and I hope to become dedicated as soon as Christmas is over.

You are amazing! You go girl! I am missing caffeine, tons! But, seriously what helped is having a chocolate (not a gallon or anything just a little kiss or two) as I was going off. Good luck you can do it!!!!!!!!!!!

I know how you feel. I quit 9 years ago and still feel the pain sometimes. I wouldn't have quit if my Dr. hadn't told me to.
